All cleans include thorough sweep and mop, vacuum, dust surfaces, change bedroom linens and start laundry, clean kitchen counters, stovetop, microwave, remove trash, wipe down small appliances, dishwasher exterior, and fridge exterior, bathub/shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, bathroom floors, remove trash. Additional services such as interior oven and fridge cleaning can be provided at an additional $30 each, and interior windows for an additional $50.
Typically, a rental unit cleaning takes between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the size of the space. We are committed to providing excellent service, and larger spaces may require additional time. It helps if you provide us with the window between guest check-out and check-in so we can make sure we have left the space spotless before the next guests arrive.
Our team will get you an estimate with a few details about your specific case. Price varies based on square footage of the home, and ultimately how long the team is at the property. After the first clean we will discuss a rate decreased based on how many turnovers you typically need per month.
You do not need to be present during the cleaning. We can arrange access through a key or lockbox. We will contact you if we have any specific questions upon arrival to the property.
