All move-in and move-out cleans include thorough sweep and mop, vacuum, dust surfaces, dust baseboards, clean kitchen counters, stovetop, microwave, remove trash, dishwasher exterior, and fridge exterior, bathub/shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, bathroom floors, trash removal. Be sure to advise us if you'd like us to pay special attention to certain areas.
Additional services such as interior oven and fridge cleaning can be provided at an additional $30 each, and interior windows for an additional $50.
Typically, a deep cleaning takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the property. We are committed to providing excellent service, and larger homes may require additional time. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Our team will get you an estimate with a few details about your specific case. Price varies based on square footage of the home, time since it has last been cleaned, and ultimately how long the team is at the property. The estimate would only change if we encounter anything unexpected on-site, but will advise you before we begin cleaning.
Many homeowners prefer to be present, especially for the first cleaning. This can ensure all requests can be addressed before the team begins cleaning. However, you do not need to be present during the cleaning. We can arrange access through a key or lockbox.
We are happy to accommodate pets during our cleaning services, and it helps us if you let us know beforehand if pets are in the home. Please inform us in advance about any specific needs or concerns. Our team is trained to handle pet-related issues with care.
